Terms of Service

By accessing or using the k1iro bluesminds platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

k1iro bluesminds provides an API gateway that routes requests to upstream large language model (LLM) providers. The Service includes API key management, rate limiting, credit-based billing, usage analytics, and a status dashboard.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

API keys are generated through the dashboard and shown once at creation. We store only hashed versions of your keys. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. If a key is compromised, you should revoke it immediately through the dashboard.

The Service operates on a prepaid credit system. You add credits to your account and are charged per-token based on the model used. Pricing for each model is displayed in the dashboard and may change at any time. Unused credits are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
• Share or resell API keys without authorization
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
• Use the Service to generate content that violates applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Excessively overload the Service beyond reasonable usage

API keys are subject to rate limits (requests per minute, tokens per minute, and daily quotas) based on your assigned tier. Rate limit configurations are displayed in the dashboard. Exceeding rate limits will result in request rejection with a 429 status code.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance and upstream provider outages may affect service availability. We publish real-time status at /status.

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of k1iro bluesminds. You retain ownership of the content you send through the API. We claim no rights over your input or output data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, k1iro bluesminds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
